| Neil has served as

| Bob has more than 20 years' experience
in public relations and marketing. He has served as a Director of
Media Relations for the U.S. Army, with responsibilities for all of
Europe, as well as for an international organization with responsibilities
for information management worldwide. He also developed and directed
a successful three-year marketing campaign for a governmental agency.
Bob has special expertise in media relations and emergency and crisis
communication planning and execution as well as the development of
communication plans to support business agendas. Over the past few
years, he has developed extensive knowledge and experience in using
Internet applications to further business goals. Bob received his
Bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University and a Master
of Arts degree from Marshall University. He currently is an Adjunct

An award-wining business writer and
editor for more than 25 years, Stuart has a broad knowledge of public
policy, business, finance and commercial and residential development.
He served as an assistant city editor and Statehouse reporter for
The Indianapolis Star where he covered business-related
legislative issues, regulated industries and budget matters. He
also served as assistant business editor of The Indianapolis
News; and Statehouse bureau chief, assistant city editor and
reporter for Chesapeake Publishing Corp. In addition, he has also
written for The Baltimore Sun and The Washington Post.
Stuart was a founding partner of an Indianapolis-based public
relations firm in 2005. The company has provided public relations
counsel, branding advice and advertising services for investment
banking and capital management companies, national service organizations,
political candidates, trade associations and public service utilities.
He holds a degree in journalism and urban affairs from The American

| Stacey McArthur has written

journalism and public relations career. During that time, she has
received numerous awards for her feature and business writing.
She also has lent her skills to dozens of corporate clients as
a freelance writer, marketer and public relations specialist. She
has developed extensive knowledge and experience in several areas
including medical associations, hospitality, timeshare and gourmet
food. Stacey has developed and implemented several media relations
campaigns and also helped companies with branding and identification.
Stacey earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana
University and holds a master’s degree in journalism/public

Former president of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA)
in Indianapolis. She has been employed as an art director for Resort
Condominiums International (RCI), United Student Aid Group and owner
of I Design LLC. She has been an officer and a member of the Board
of Directors of the Crossroads Kiwanis International chapter in
Indianapolis and is a past chairman and member of the American Resort
Development Association Awards Committee. She currently serves as
a board member for the Fort Benjamin Harrison YMCA. |

Patrick Pfister |
For over thirty years, Pat has been
telling stories with the images he creates.
He got his start with a local newspaper and has since been published
in such journalistic endeavors as Life Magazine-Pictures of
the Year, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Wine Spectator and
Barron’s.
Beyond his editorial experience, Pat has been honored to photograph
the nation’s first hand transplant for Jewish Hospital. He
has covered many of Elaine Chao’s speaking engagements for
the US Department of Labor. He has also worked extensively with
Indiana University and Goodwill Industries.
Pat’s studio is in Louisville, Kentucky and he offers a full
range of services including but not limited to job coordination,
image manipulation and image archiving and management. Pat enjoys
working in the studio on advertising projects and executive portraiture
but he also enjoys traveling to do on-location assignments.
Pat’s vision in photography is only strengthened by his passion
and drive to successfully achieve each client’s goals.

| Doug Stern is an award-winning business
writer and editor with nearly 30 years experience in a variety of
industries. Clients have included Humana Inc., the Michigan Department

He joined the firm after having owned and run a full-service marketing
communication agency for nearly 10 years. Before that, Doug was
a political speech-writer and handler and, before that, he ran two

inauguration. During her career, she has served as a public relations
